Accessible Romania represents for the time being a very small part of a country that can offer unique cultural, historic and natural experiences. We aim to have a larger infrastructure to allow the access for all, more adapted transportation facilities, more tourist attractions that can be equally comfortable visited by seniors or persons with special needs, adapted accommodation and food and beverage services in most tourist locations, tourism staff educated to create accessible tourism offers and to respond in a highly professional manner to accessible tourism requests.

We at the Association CED Romania – Center of Excellence through Diversity through www.accessibleromania.com project and our partner Sano Touring, the only Romanian inbound tour operator addressing accessible tourism, member of the European Network for Accessible Tourism ENAT, listed in the European Accessible Tourism Directory Pantou and in Lonely Planet’s “Accessible Travel Online Resources” Collection, made a first step towards Accessible Romania, opened to tourism for all.
